About: Megan was born and raised in Northville, MI. She and her husband, Matt, bought their home in the South Commons in 2015 and got married in their backyard in 2016. They are excited about raising their 2 young children in the Northville community and in such a great neighborhood. She has 2 undergraduate degrees from Michigan State University, and a Master’s degree from University of Detroit Mercy. Megan is a Nurse Practitioner at a local Family Medicine practice.
Motivation to Serve: Over the past 10 years, I have enjoyed getting to know and spending time with my neighbors and I am excited to continue fostering relationships throughout the neighborhood. I am passionate about preserving the beauty and charm of our small town neighborhood, while enhancing the aesthetic in keeping with the standard and prestige of the Northville Community.

About: Corey grew up in Northville, but spent about 10 years living in different parts of the United States with his wife and son. Corey and his family moved to Lexington Commons in 2023 after moving home to Michigan. When Corey is not working to support the association, he is usually out on the golf course enjoying a round or spending time with family.
Motivation to Serve: I'm proud to serve on our HOA board, working to keep our community a great place to live. I’m focused on practical solutions to improve our shared spaces and keep things running smoothly. I’m here to listen and help make our neighborhood the best it can be!

About: Andrea has been a proud resident of the LCHA Community since 2005. She has been the treasurer of the LCA Board since 2016. After earning her bachelor’s degree, she worked in the corporate world for ITT Sheraton for five years. She then earned her Master's degree and spent 30 years teaching bilingual students in the Detroit Public Schools. During this time she married and had two children. Her background gives her strong problem solving, communication, and financial management skills, essential for board leadership.
Motivation to Serve: My priority on the LCA Board is to promote harmony both among board members as well as the community. I am committed to maintaining a welcoming and well managed environment for our HOA Community.

About: Matthew is married to Andrea and has three young children. Matthew was born and raised in Livonia, MI. He has lived in the South Commons since 2020 when he and Andrea moved back home to Michigan after living in Texas for 10 years. Matthew has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Michigan State and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Dallas. Matthew works as an application engineer for a semiconductor company. He enjoys running, golfing and playing with his kids at the association's parks.
Motivation to Serve: I volunteer for the board in order to make sure my children have a great neighborhood to grow up in. I am passionate about preserving and improving the parks as they are an asset for all members of LCA and make the association a desirable place to live.

About: John is a proud resident of Northville since 2013, originally hailing from Dearborn. He is deeply passionate about his family and career. John is married to Rachel with whom he shares 3 children that are active in sports and enjoy the outdoors. When he is not attending our children’s meets and games, he likes to spend time with friends and family. His family enjoys camping once or twice a year and spend time visiting any of Michigan's wonderful lakes and parks.
John serves as the Director of Non-ferrous Commercial Trading at Ferrous Processing and Trading, where he finds the ever-evolving landscape of the scrap metal industry both exciting and full of challenges. John also believe in giving back to our community and has enjoyed participating in local events that foster connection and support among residents.
Motivation to Serve: Since becoming a resident, I have felt that we have an opportunity to beautify our neighborhood and take advantage of our unique common spaces, which in a city are not so common to have. Coming from a city where there was a plethora of parks, I want to improve our grounds so that kids can have a great experience without having to leave the neighborhood. I am excited to serve on the board and hope I can serve with the residents’ best interest in the forefront.

About: Vlatko is married to Maria and together they have two older children. The family moved to Northville and have been residents of North Lexington condos since 2016. Vlatko holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and is currently working at DTE. His wife earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and works as a teacher at Northville First Care.
Until recently, he devoted most of his time to his children's sports activities. Now that the kids are growing up and moving on to the next chapter of their lives, Vlatko has been exploring various hobbies to make the most of his free time. Vlatko enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. During the winter months, he and his friends craft homemade wine, dry meats and prepare homemade sausages.
Motivation to Serve: I volunteer on the board because I'm driven by a desire to make a positive impact on my community, enhance our residents’ quality of life and support the development and maintenance of our common parks.

About: Spase (Steve) Petrovski has been a dedicated member of the Northville community for over a decade, bringing his passion and commitment to both his profession and his personal life. With extensive experience in the construction industry, he has played a key role in shaping and building spaces that serve the people around him.
Beyond his professional achievements, he is a devoted father who spends countless hours on the softball and soccer fields supporting his two daughters. His love for sports extends beyond his family as he serves as a softball assistant coach for the Northville travel team, mentoring young athletes and instilling teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Motivation to Serve: I am deeply invested in the well-being of my community and I take pride in contributing to both our HOA's and Northville's growth and vibrancy. Whether through my work, coaching, or supporting local events, I continually strive to make a positive impact on the people and places that I hold dear.
