North Commons houses are north of 8 Mile Road and straddled Taft Rd. The North Commons houses are often described as "East Commons" and "West Commons" since they are split by Taft Rd. The west houses are just north of the North Commons Park while the east houses are just north of Cooke School.

The South Commons houses are south of 8 Mile Rd. The South Commons Park is at the south end of South Commons between Lexington Blvd on the east and Clement Road on the west. Two lots sits on Wood Hill Road.

The North Lexington Condo Homes are north of 8 Mile Road, west of Taft Rd and are just south of the north commons park. The North Lexington Condo Homes consists of 95 condos. North and South Lexington Condo Homes are intermingled. See map for reference.

The (South) Lexington Condo Homes are north of 8 Mile Road and west of Taft Rd. This condo association is officially called "Lexington Conod Homes Association" (LCHA). LCHA consists of 97 condos. North and South Lexington Condo Homes are intermingled. See map for reference. The (South) Lexington Condo Homes are the only residences with access to the pool in the condo complex.
